CodingDrop

Terms of sale

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms cover buying a product from CodingDrop, run by Manish Goyal in India. By paying, you agree to them.

What you buy

Each product is sold on its own. You buy a licence to that product's source code, delivered as read-only access to a private GitHub repository.

The licence in plain words

  • You can use, change and deploy the code in your own personal or commercial projects, including products you sell to your own customers.
  • You can't share, publish, resell or give away the source code itself, in whole or in part.
  • The licence is for the person who bought it. Team use needs one purchase per developer.
  • The code is provided as is, without warranty. The full licence text is in the LICENSE file of each repository.

Price and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and shown on each product's page. You pay once for the product you choose; there's no subscription. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

Delivery

After payment, a GitHub invite to the private repository goes to the GitHub username you entered at checkout, usually within about a minute, together with an email with the next steps. If the username is wrong, reply to that email with the right one.

Refunds

Products are digital source code, so sales are final once you have access to the repository. If you never got access and we can't fix it, you get a full refund. See the refund policy.

Help, setup and changes

Every purchase includes one free setup call of about 30 minutes to help you get the product running on your own machine. Book it by replying to your purchase email. Questions are answered by email. Setting a product up on your servers for you, or making custom changes, is a separate paid service agreed by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
